Housekeeper Benalmadena

Best Hotels, a Spanish hotel chain with establishments in Spain, Andorra and the Dominican Republic, has selected GOBERNANTA for its hotels located on the Costa del Sol (Benalmádena).

MAIN FUNCTIONS:
• Coordination and supervision of the team.
• Organization and planning of the service.
• Assist the various department services and ensure their proper functioning.
• Address customer needs and problem solving.
• Training of staff under your charge.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
• At least one year of experience in the functions specified above is required.

REQUIRED TRAINING:
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree.
• Courses: Customer Service, Occupational Hazards, Basic IT and Assistant Housekeeper.
• Experience in a similar position in high-volume hotels.
• Leadership skills.
• Intermediate level of hospitality English is required.
• Other languages will be valued.
• Leadership, motivation and team development skills.
• Responsible, dynamic, empathetic person with a great attitude.
• Schedule availability.
