MAIN FUNCTIONS:
• Main person in charge of the Restaurant area, reporting to the Hotel Director.
• Responsible for costs and stock management.
• Joint coordination with the kitchen team.
• Assembly, presentation and service.
• Will be part of the selection, training and will be an essential part of motivating the team to achieve sales objectives.
REQUIRED TRAINING:
• Higher Vocational Training in Hospitality and Tourism.
• English at a high level. Other languages will be highly valued.
• User computing level.
