What We Look For In You:
• Education and Experience: 2 years of previous experience in a similar position, but the most important thing is your positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with guests and colleagues.
• Languages: Fluency in English to maintain a conversation with clients. Other languages are a plus.
• Positive Attitude: Friendly, proactive person, always willing to help.
• Organization and Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
What Will You Do in This Role?
• Food Preparation: You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes according to Best Hotels standards.
• Recipe Compliance: You will follow established recipes and techniques to ensure consistency in the quality of your dishes.
• Quality Control: You will participate in the inspection of ingredients to ensure their freshness and quality before preparation.
• Teamwork: You will collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to maintain efficient workflow and clear communication.
• Cleaning and Hygiene: You will maintain cleaning and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
