A professional with proven experience as Head of Maintenance in city hotels is required for Barcelona.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
• Execute maintenance processes, both at corrective and preventive levels.
• Ensure proper maintenance of work equipment and hotel facilities.
• Ensure the perfect sanitary condition of the facilities.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
At least 2 years of experience in areas related to facilities maintenance, plumbing and electricity in similar positions.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCES:
• Knowledge of electricity, plumbing and air conditioning.
• Training: Specific qualification related to electricity, plumbing and/or industrial refrigeration.
• IT: at user level.
DIFFERENTIATION COMPETENCES:
• A decisive person with the ability to improvise quickly.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Residence in Barcelona city/surroundings.
