What We Look For In You:
• Education and Experience: 5 years of prior experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry, with strong knowledge of food and beverage management.
• Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and connect with guests.
• Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English. Other languages are a plus, including German.
• Customer Orientation: Passion for excellence in service and guest satisfaction.
• Organization and Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
• Strategy and Creativity: Ability to innovate and adapt the gastronomic offering to market trends.
• Flexibility: Availability to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays.
What Will You Do in This Role?
• Lead the Food and Beverage Department: Supervise and coordinate all operations related to the hotel's food and beverage services.
• Development of the Gastronomic Offer: Design and improve menus and beverage lists, ensuring an innovative offering tailored to the needs of guests.
• Personnel Management: Coordinate, motivate, and train the kitchen and dining room team, fostering a positive work environment and continuous improvement.
• Cost and Budget Control: Efficiently manage operational costs, optimizing resources without compromising service quality.
• Corporate Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Service Quality Supervision: Ensure excellence in guest service and satisfaction in all dining experiences.
