Best Hotels, a Spanish hotel chain with establishments in Spain, Andorra and the Dominican Republic, is selecting a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT for its Best Semiramis Hotel.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
• Execute maintenance processes, both at corrective and preventive levels.
• Ensure proper maintenance of work equipment and hotel facilities.
• Ensure the perfect sanitary condition of the facilities.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
• At least 2 years of experience in areas related to facility maintenance, plumbing, electricity in similar positions.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCES:
• Knowledge of swimming pool use.
• Knowledge of electricity, plumbing and air conditioning.
• Training: Specific qualification related to electricity, plumbing and/or industrial refrigeration.
• IT: at user level.
DIFFERENTIATION COMPETENCES:
• A decisive person with the ability to improvise quickly.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Kindness.
• Good customer service.
• Residence in the area.
