What We Look For In You:
Education and Experience: One year of previous experience in a similar position is a plus, but what's most important is your positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with guests and colleagues.
Languages: Fluent English to maintain a fluent conversation. Other languages are a plus.
Positive Attitude: Friendly, proactive person, always willing to help.
Organization and Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Autonomy and Responsibility: Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight.

What Will You Do in This Role?
Customer Service: You will be the hotel's first impression, welcoming and serving guests with kindness and professionalism.
Check-in and Check-out Management: You will efficiently record guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless experience.
Information and Assistance: You will provide information about the hotel, services, hours, and local attractions to enhance your guests' stay.
Reservation Management: You will review, modify, and confirm reservations, ensuring correct room availability.
Billing and Payments: You will manage collections, issue invoices, and perform administrative tasks related to guest stays.
Coordination with Other Departments: You will communicate with the cleaning, maintenance, and other departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Incident Resolution: You will handle customer queries, complaints, or problems efficiently and with empathy.
Security Supervision: You will ensure the safety of the hotel, ensuring that rules and protocols are followed.
