What We Look For In You:
• Education and Experience: One year of previous experience in a similar position is a plus, but what's most important is your positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with guests and colleagues.
• Languages: Fluent English to maintain a fluent conversation. Other languages are a plus.
• Positive Attitude: Friendly, proactive person, always willing to help.
• Organization and Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility: Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Autonomy and Responsibility: Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight.
What Will You Do in This Role?
• Reception and Security: You will be the first friendly face our guests see upon arrival at night, ensuring they feel welcome and safe.
• Check-in and Check-out Management: You will manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, always with a professional attitude.
• Assistance and Information: You will provide useful information about hotel services and answer any late-night guest questions.
• Supervision and Coordination: You will work closely with other departments and ensure the hotel runs smoothly throughout the night.
• Nightly Billing and Auditing: You will be responsible for billing, payment management, and reviewing daily transactions to ensure record accuracy.
• Incident Management: You will resolve any problems or emergencies that may arise during the night quickly and efficiently.
