We select a Maintenance Manager with the objective of coordinating corrective maintenance work and managing compliance with preventive and technical-legal work according to the maintenance plan of the workplace, and complying with the budget assigned annually.
• Plan, execute and complete maintenance services according to the conditions indicated in the maintenance plan.
• Maintain the correct condition of the client's equipment, materials, systems and facilities, executing the activities and services of the maintenance plan, as well as ensuring compliance and coordination of preventive and predictive maintenance, planned inspections and legal maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance records.
• Conduct facility inspections to identify and resolve problems.
• Follow the guidelines set by the hotel management in the development of corrective actions and management of parts.
• Direct the staff under his/her charge in resolving incidents and act if necessary, as well as manage the available human resources by establishing shifts, vacations, sick leave and new hires.
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
• Monitor inventory of spare parts and replacement equipment and place orders when necessary.
• Monitoring and management of energy consumption according to the instructions of the Department of Energy.
• Comply with and enforce the quality, safety and health standards established by the organization.
• Evaluate and collaborate in the training and development of the members of his/her team in accordance with the methodology established by the Human Resources Department, as well as participate in the measures that are defined for their development.
• Maintain and ensure that a state of respect, order and cleanliness is maintained in all areas of the center.
• Monitoring the segregation of waste into similar urban waste.
• Monitoring the segregation of hazardous waste in accordance with current regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum qualification: Higher/Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle
• Experience: 3 to 5 years
• Professional category: Middle Management
• Residence: Indifferent
TRAINING
• Vocational Training I/II and/or Intermediate/Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electricity and Electronics, Installation and Maintenance and/or Energy and Water.
CERTIFIED LEGIONELLA TECHNICIAN:
• The Certificate of Maintenance Management (CMMI) is valued.
• Training in DDD
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 4 years of demonstrable work experience in the position of Maintenance Manager, in the hotel sector, commercial and/or public residential buildings.
COMPUTING:
• Mastery of computer management and office automation applications. Maintenance Management Software.
OTHER DATA:
• Knowledge of current regulations and their application to hotels, REBT, RITE, Legionella, PRL, Gas.
