FERIA Best Hotels is looking for a Restaurant Waiter/Waitress for its Hotel Best Osuna Madrid Feria, located in Madrid.
MAIN DUTIES: Reporting to the Head of Department, the selected person will be responsible for:
• Taking orders and serving drinks.
• Prepare and maintain the work area, equipment and utensils in good condition to ensure quality service.
• Correct deburring and cleaning.
• Serve the customer ensuring excellent service.
• Order and cleanliness of the workplace and the machinery used throughout the working day.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in hotels.
REQUIRED TRAINING:
• Specific training in hospitality will be valued.
• Languages: Intermediate level of English in hospitality.
DIFFERENTIAL COMPETENCES:
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Customer-oriented, decisive and enthusiastic person.
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
