BEST HOTELS SELECTS ROOM AND BAR STAFF
Best Hotels, a Spanish hotel chain with establishments in Spain and the Dominican Republic, is looking for waiters and waiter/waitress assistants for its Best Costa Ballena Hotel, located in Urbanización Costa Ballena, Chipiona (Cádiz).
FUNCTIONS:
• Impeccable customer service.
• Table setting in buffet restaurant and à la carte restaurant. Bar service.
• Correct deburring and cleaning.
• Taking orders and serving drinks.
• Develop customer service and attention activities.
• Prepare and maintain the work area, equipment and utensils in good condition to offer quality service.
• Execute the different billing and collection processes.
• Supervision of the material.
• Reception, storage and distribution of raw materials.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Formal training: ESO graduate or Intermediate or Higher Level Training Module in Restoration.
• Additional training: Occupational training courses such as "Restaurant bar waiter" or "Restaurant bar operations". Food handler's card.
• Minimum 6 months experience.
• Schedule availability.
• Languages: Intermediate level of English in hospitality (other languages will be valued, preferably German).
• Excellent customer service skills. Responsible, empathetic, proactive person with a great attitude and commitment.
• Kindness, relationship skills, decisiveness, initiative, auditory memory, organization and neatness.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety at work.
