MAIN FUNCTIONS:
Depending on the Hotel Management, you will be responsible for:
• Customer service, incidents and complaints.
• Booking Control.
• Ensure customer satisfaction rates.
• Coordinate the different departments of the hotel.
• Ensure that the instructions provided in the quality procedures are respected at all times and in all services.
• Coordination and Reporting of all activities indicated by the General Management of the Hotel.
• Guarantee the good condition of the company's assets.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCES:
• Languages: Very good level of English.
• Good level of another language.
• Computer science: Advanced level.
DIFFERENTIATION COMPETENCES:
• Must be accustomed to preparing, organizing and managing all hotel operations.
• Business approach to business, costs, budgets, workforce management, and ability to dialogue and negotiate with a focus on results and objectives.
