FUNCTIONS:
• Front Office Control.
• Front Office Income and Expense Control.
• Knowledge of Reservations and Booking.
• Ensure that the services provided meet the quality levels defined in the Manual.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
• At least 1 year as a receptionist.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCES:
• Diploma in Tourism / Degree in Tourism
• Intermediate/Advanced level IT.
