Best Hotels needs to recruit kitchen assistants and cooks in Tenerife (Hotel Best Jacaranda).
MAIN FUNCTIONS
• Support all areas of your department.
• Comply with the menu established by Central Best Hotels.
• Control and record processes according to the HACCP manual
• Ensure and maintain food hygiene.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
• At least 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant and/or cook in holiday hotels.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCES
• Specific training in cooking.
• Languages: Spanish.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Kindness.
• Good treatment with clients and colleagues.
• Flexible hours.
• Residence in the area (preferable).
