Hotel Oasis Park needs to hire a Cook - Hot Start in Salou.

MAIN FUNCTIONS
• Customer service.
• Support all areas of the department.
• Monitor compliance with the menu established by Central Best Hotels.
• Control and work on existing records in the HACCP manual
• Ensure and control Food Hygiene

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
• 1 to 2 years as a Cook in Holiday Hotels. • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in Hotels.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCES
• Specific training related to Cooking.
• Languages: Spanish.

DIFFERENTIATION COMPETENCES
• Must be accustomed to preparing, organizing and managing.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Good presence.
• Kindness.
• Good customer service.
• Flexible hours.
• Preferably reside in the area.
