What We Look For In You:
• Education and Experience: Intermediate level in Hospitality Management or equivalent. At least one year of experience in a similar position, preferably in resort hotels.
• Languages: Fluency in English (essential). Other languages such as French or German will be an asset.
• Organizational Ability: Proactive, organized, and decisive person, with the ability to coordinate services and lead a team.
• Leadership and Team Management: Ability to motivate, train, and supervise the dining room staff along with the maîtres.
• Personal Treatment: Good communication skills, friendly attitude and customer orientation.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Office, PDA, or digital commander. Food handler's license.
• Residence: In Roquetas de Mar or neighboring towns.
What Will You Do in This Role?
• Service Coordination: You will be responsible for the mise en place of the room and the development of the daily service.
• Customer Service: You will advise guests, manage their reception and payment, ensuring an excellent experience.
• Personnel Management: You will collaborate with the 1st and 2nd maître d' in the training, organization, and motivation of the team.
• Operational Control: You will oversee the uniformity, hygiene, assembly and replenishment of the buffet, dietary needs, and allergens.
• Administrative Management: You will perform inventories, orders, and resolve incidents according to hotel protocols.
