Best Hotels, a Spanish hotel chain with establishments in Spain and the Dominican Republic, is selecting a RECEPTION MANAGER for a Holiday Hotel in the Costa Ballena area (Cádiz).
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
• Develop and organize department schedules.
• Carry out training activities for the staff.
• Control of the Back Office and Front Office.
• Front Office Income and Expense Control.
• Knowledge of Reservations and Booking.
• Ensure and control that the services provided reach the quality levels defined in the Manual.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
• At least 5 years in a similar position in high-volume hotels.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCES:
• Diploma in Tourism / Degree in Tourism
• Course/Seminars: Template Management (Valuable)
• Intermediate/Advanced level IT.
• Languages: English required.
• Other languages will be valued, preferably German.
