Best Hotels, a Spanish hotel chain with establishments in Spain and the Dominican Republic, is selecting a DINING ROOM MANAGER - MAÎTRE for a Holiday Hotel in the Costa Ballena area (Cádiz).

FUNCTIONS TO BE PERFORMED:
• Coordination and supervision of the Restaurant/Bar team.
• Organization and planning of the service.
• Management of staff at different points of sale, shifts, time control, etc.
• Training of staff under your charge.
• Customer service and resolution of requests and problems.
• Assistance to clients with intolerances and allergies.
• Assisting with the various Restaurant services and ensuring their proper functioning.
• Supervise daily cleaning and HACCP controls.
• Supervision and control of cash registers.
• Order and inventory control.
• Training, monitoring and support in the leadership of the 2nd Maître.v Requirements:v • Minimum qualification: Higher/intermediate level professional training in hospitality
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar position in high-volume hotels.
• Professional category: department head.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCES:
• Higher Vocational Training in Hospitality and Tourism.
• Specific training related to dining room and bar service.
• Languages: English is essential, at a level that allows you to solve customer demands, etc.
• Knowledge of a 2nd language is essential: German preferably and/or French
• IT: at user level. Differentiating Competencies: • Great customer service skills.
• Leadership, motivation and team development skills.
• Dynamic, decisive, responsible, empathetic, proactive person, with a great attitude and savoir-faire.
