DEPENDING ON:
Hotel Manager, we need to hire a Reception Manager for the Costa del Sol area (Hotel Best Triton - Benalmádena).
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
• Develop and organize department schedules.
• Carry out training activities for the staff.
• Control of the Back Office and Front Office.
• Front Office income and expense control.
• Knowledge of reservations and booking.
• Ensure and control that the services provided reach the quality levels defined in the manual.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
• At least 3 years as Head of Reception in 4**** hotels.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCES:
• Diploma in Tourism / Degree in Tourism.
• Course/Seminars: Template Management (valuable).
• Intermediate/advanced level IT.
LANGUAGES:
• Castilian.
• English.
• Another language (valuable).
