TRAINING:
• High school or vocational training related to customer service/reception

REQUIREMENTS:
• Knowledge of the hotel room reservation process.
• Languages: English, French, German at least 1.
• Ability to empathize with the client and make the best recommendation for their vacation.
• Commercial capacity to close and obtain reservations.
• Knowledge of office automation.
• Flexible hours available.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Reside in the province of the vacancy (Accommodation is not offered)

FUNCTIONS TO PERFORM:
