PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in Hotels.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCES
• Specific training related to the job position.
• Languages: Spanish/English.
• IT: at user level.
DIFFERENTIATION COMPETENCES
• Must be accustomed to preparing, organizing and managing all hotel operations.
• Business approach to business, costs, budgets, orders, inventories, workforce management, ability to dialogue and negotiate with a focus on results and objectives.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
