Best hotels, a Spanish hotel chain with establishments in Spain and the Dominican Republic, is selecting a DINING ROOM / BAR MANAGER for a VACATION HOTEL IN COSTA DEL.
FUNCTIONS TO BE PERFORMED:
• Coordination and supervision of the Restaurant/Bar team.
• Organization and planning of the service.
• Management of staff at different points of sale, shifts, time control, etc.
• Training of staff under your charge.
• Customer service and resolution of requests and problems.
• Assistance to clients with intolerances and allergies.
• Assisting with the various Restaurant services and ensuring their proper functioning.
• Supervise daily cleaning and HACCP controls.
• Supervision and control of cash registers.
• Order and inventory control.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum qualification: Higher/intermediate vocational training in hospitality.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar position in high-volume hotels.
• Professional category: department head.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCES:
• Higher Vocational Training in Hospitality and Tourism.
• Specific training related to dining room and bar service.
• Languages: Essential: English, at a level that allows you to solve customer demands, etc.
• Knowledge of a second language is essential: German preferably.
• IT: at user level.
