MAIN FUNCTIONS:
• Customer service.
• Organize Department Schedules.
• Train the staff.
• Support all areas of your department.
• Monitor compliance with the menu established by Central Best Hotels.
• Control and work on existing records in the HACCP manual
• Ensure and control Food Hygiene.
• Propose improvements in the gastronomic offering and presentations.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
3 to 5 years' experience as Head Chef in Holiday Hotels. At least 2 years' experience in a similar position in Hotels.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCES:
Higher Vocational Training in Hospitality and Tourism.
Specific training related to cooking.
Languages: Spanish.
Computer science: at user level.
DIFFERENTIATION COMPETENCES:
Must be accustomed to preparing, organizing and managing all hotel operations. Business approach to business, costs, budgets, orders, inventories, staff management, ability to dialogue and negotiate with a focus on results and objectives.
