A professional with proven experience as Head of Bars in 4* Hotels is required.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
• Ensure customer satisfaction in the Department.
• Organize, manage, coordinate and lead the staff under his/her charge.
• Cost and budget control.
• Stock management, orders.
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards and procedures.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• Languages: Very good level of English, knowledge of other languages will be valued.
