What We Look For In You:
• Experience and Knowledge: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in high-volume hotels or restaurants.
• Training in Gastronomy: Studies in cooking or equivalent training.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and motivate a kitchen team, ensuring quality and organization of service.
• Passion for Cooking: Love for gastronomy and commitment to culinary excellence.
• Organization and Work Under Pressure: Ability to manage time, resources, and remain calm in times of high demand.
• Knowledge of Health Regulations: Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Flexible Hours: Availability to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
What Will You Do in This Role?
• Supervision and Coordination: Organize and coordinate the production of your item in the kitchen.
• Guarantee Quality: Ensure dishes are prepared correctly according to hotel standards.
• Stock Management: Inventory control, supply and waste minimization.
• Collaboration with the Executive Chef: Support in the creation of menus and gastronomic proposals.
• Supervising Health Regulations: Ensure that all hygiene and food safety standards are met at all times. • Teamwork: Coordinate with other departments and provide support in different sections when necessary.
