What We Look For In You:
• Education and Experience: Previous experience in a position of responsibility in the hotel industry, preferably in vacation establishments.
• Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Customer Focus: Strong focus on the guest experience and problem-solving skills to effectively manage incidents.
• Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English. Other languages such as French or German will be an asset.
• Organizational Capacity: Proactive, organized person with strategic thinking.
• Flexibility: Availability to adapt to the hotel's operational needs, including shifts, weekends, and holidays.
What Will You Do in This Role?
• Support General Management: You will be the hotel director's right-hand person, collaborating in strategic decision-making.
• Oversee Daily Operations: You will coordinate and ensure the proper functioning of the hotel's various departments.
• Team Management: You will lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve Best Hotels' quality standards.
• Cost and Budget Control: You will participate in the hotel's financial management, controlling costs and collaborating in the preparation of budgets.
• Customer Experience Management: You will ensure guest satisfaction by promoting personalized, high-quality service.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: You will ensure proper communication and cooperation between all hotel teams.
• Replacing the Director: You will assume management of the hotel in the absence of the regular director, ensuring operational continuity.
